Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher age of majority required where you live) and legally able to enter binding contracts.

Crypto and paid contests may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful where you are located. FanCrypto contests are intended as games of skill and are not offered where prohibited.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail compliance checks, or pose fraud or security risk.

FanBucks are promotional / fun-mode units with no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. FanBucks contests do not involve real-money entry or withdrawal.

Where crypto contests are enabled, entry fees may be held in smart-contract escrow and settled according to contest rules and on-chain mechanics. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, gas fees, and network risks.

Each contest is governed by its posted rules (roster requirements, salary or pick constraints, scoring, entry fees, prize structure, and settlement timing). Entering a contest constitutes acceptance of those rules.

We may cancel, postpone, or void contests for integrity, technical, or compliance reasons. Where required, we will refund or reverse entries in a manner consistent with the contest type (FanBucks ledger or on-chain process).

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, multi-accounting, or other means to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulate contests, scores, or settlement processes
• Violate geo, age, KYC, or other compliance gates
• Interfere with the Services, reverse engineer beyond lawful rights, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Services for unlawful activity, money laundering, or sanctions evasion

FanCrypto and its licensors own the Services, branding, software, and content (excluding your user content and third-party marks). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as permitted by these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific contest outcomes. Testnet deployments (including Avalanche Fuji) may involve fake or non-valuable assets and incomplete features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANCRYPTO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the contested Services in the three months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.

You will defend and indemnify FanCrypto and its affiliates against claims arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access as described in these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction designated by FanCrypto in the final counsel-approved version (placeholder: laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules), without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
